Elderberries have a long history of medicinal use in Europe and many a lore to be told. There is quite the lore these days too in relation to the Corona virus. Read more HERE from a legitimate and highly regarded herbalist to get accurate information regarding elderberry use for the current Corona Virus and best practices.

Elderberries contain Vitamins A, B, and C, as well as tannins, amino acids, and flavonoids (including some that are powerful antioxidants). Elderberries are used to boost our body’s immunity and to promote regulation of our immune system for better defense against threats. It has been used to speed recovery from cold and flu viruses.

Schisandra gets its name due to the berries having quite a complex taste, since they hold five distinct flavor properties: bitter, sweet, sour, salty and hot. Chinese folklore says that Schisandra can "calm the heart and quiet the spirit". Classed as an adaptogen, Schizandra has a long history of folkloric use in China and Tibet and more recent folk applications in Russia. It is an excellent tonic and restorative, helping in stressful times and increasing zest for life. Schisandra is a major tonic herb and acts throughout the body, strengthening and toning many different organs.

The rose hip, also called the rose haw, is actually the fruit of the rose. These fruits are one of the most concentrated sources of vitamin C available. These rose hips were lovingly and sustainably wild harvested by me right after the first frost, the best time to harvest them.
