Elderberries have a long history of medicinal use in Europe and many a lore to be told. Elderberries contain Vitamins A, B, and C, as well as tannins, amino acids, and flavonoids (including some that are powerful antioxidants). Elderberries are used to boost our body’s immunity and to promote regulation of our immune system for better defense against threats. It has been used to speed recovery from cold and flu viruses. 


Elderberries, Rosehips, Cinnamon, 

Ginger, Cardamom, Clove, Honey, Water,

Take 1 Tbsp per day for health; up to 3-5 Tbsp. per day when unwell. 

Try pouring on pancakes, ice cream, or in drinks!
