A Women’s Healing Dance Circle

When: Tuesdays 7:00-9:00 pm

Must sign for whole series no drop in's to deep the process and promote the integrity of the group work

This healing dance series will allow you to deepen into the dance of your full goddess self, to be part of creating a safe supportive women's dance community to cycle through the seasons with, to align with ancient women’s mysteries/traditions and to reweave and heal into the whole web of life.

We will use women’s ritual dances as a foundation for heightening awareness of body/self, self to community and self to cosmos. We will explore the dances on multiple levels to indulge in these connections. The expressive and improvisational aspects of Dance/Movement Therapy will support deeper exploration such as sensations, images, feelings, and stories in order to deepen and expand our experience.

Our dance will connect us to an ancient way of honoring the earth’s and our rhythms. As we attentively dance and plug into this wisdom, we reweave ourselves into the time honored web of life.

We will be honoring the descent into the darkness...
