Oneirogen herbs, also known as "dream herbs" or "dream-enhancing herbs," are a diverse group of plants that have been traditionally used by various cultures to induce and enhance dream states. The term "oneirogen" is derived from the Greek words "oneiros" (dream) and "gen" (to produce or generate).
When used with intention and in the right set and setting, oneirogen herbs have the potential to induce more vivid, memorable, and sometimes lucid dreams. They are believed to facilitate a deeper connection with one's inner self and subconscious mind.
