This Sweet Annie was grown in my garden.
I got to know this heavenly-smelling herb long ago in a herbal wreath-making class. I discover recently its medicinal properties. I wasn't so interested in knowing its malaria assisting properties but now I'm reading research about its aid in Covid.

Sweet Wormwood (Sweet Annie, Artemisia annuae, or qing hao in Chinese medicine) is a premier antimicrobial herb. For example, it was demonstrated to inhibit replication of SARS CoV-2.

It is also an anti-toxin herb and an immune system mediator, which also makes it a top choice for auto-immune presentations such a Lupus, Sjogren’s, and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
